All content available on TikTok, Douyin, and other platforms — including videos, audio, images, and trademarks — remains the property of its respective owners. SaveThisTik does not claim ownership of, and does not host, any third-party content. Downloading a file does not transfer any ownership or license rights to you.

The unauthorized redistribution, republication, or commercial exploitation of copyrighted material downloaded through the Service is strictly prohibited. If you download content you do not own, use it solely for personal, fair-use purposes, and always credit the original creators.

4.DMCA Takedown Procedure

SaveThisTik respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content accessible through the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to dmca@savethistik.com including all of the following:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaveThisTik and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — including service downtime, changed or removed third-party APIs, or the content downloaded through the Service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). You agree to use the Service at your own risk.
