iPhone and iPad (Safari)

Safari does not put downloads straight into the Photos app. The MP4 file is saved to the Files app instead, usually in iCloud Drive › Downloads or On My iPhone › Downloads.

Tap the download arrow in Safari’s address bar, then tap the file to open it.
Or open the Files app, tap Browse, then open the Downloads folder.
To move the video to Photos, open it, tap the Share button and choose Save Video.

Android phones
